FA Cup Second Round Proper
The second round of the FA Cup has taken place and we have seen some fantastic clashes as all the teams scramble to make it to the all important third round. Headlines include both York City and Forest Green who both made it through to the FA Cup Third Round Draw as non league teams, they will be hoping for a lucrative tie.
Non-League Kettering Town managed a draw at home against League One giants Leeds United and they will now got to a replay at Elland Road for the right to face Man United, Northwich Victoria who beat Charlton Athletic in the first round were knocked out by Lincoln who produced a clinical display to win 3-1.
The winning second round clubs will each receive £30,000 from the Football Association's prize fund.
